These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AbacusPro mobile app ("App"), operated by Sreesai Ventures UK Ltd. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The service

AbacusPro teaches soroban abacus techniques through structured lessons, drills, and practice sessions. The App is designed for educational purposes for learners of all ages.

Subscriptions

AbacusPro offers auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock Level 1 and Level 2 content. Subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment and refund policies.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent subscription or usage limits.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or infrastructure.

Intellectual property

All content in the App — including lessons, audio, graphics, and software — is owned by Sreesai Ventures UK Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sreesai Ventures UK Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to the App or these Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
